Singer Kang Daniel will enlist in the military this February.
According to an OSEN report on the 14th, Kang Daniel is set to enlist as an active-duty soldier in the Army on February 9. This marks the start of his military hiatus, nine years after his debut with Wanna One in 2017.
Kang Daniel has previously shared his calm and honest thoughts about enlisting through various interviews and broadcasts. During an interview for his fifth mini-album 'ACT' in 2024, he stated, 'I plan to work hard until the day I enlist. I’ve already planned out songs to release before joining the military.' He added, 'I also have plans set for after my discharge'.
