Popular group BTS set a new Korean singer record in Spotify with its new song "Dynamite."

According to the latest chart released by Spotify, the world's largest music streaming company on the 22nd, BTS's digital single "Dynamite," released on the 21st, first entered the top of the global top 50 list.

BTS is the first Korean singer to reach the top of Spotify's "Global Top 50". BTS ranked third on the chart in April last year with "Boy With Luv (Feat. Halsey)."

"Dynamite" was streamed 7,778,950 times worldwide on the first day of its release, setting a new record for the largest number of global streams on the first day of its release in this year's Spotify.

In addition, it ranked third in the U.S. and 15th in the U.K. among the top 50 charts by country and region, setting its own record. In addition, BTS topped the list in 14 countries with 'Dynamite', further imprinting its presence as a global artist.

BTS will release EDM and acoustic version of 'Dynamite' at 1 p.m. on the 24th (Korea time).
