An unidentified man broke the window of "Radio Open Studio" on the second floor of KBS' main building in Yeouido, Seoul, with a pickax this afternoon. Immediately after receiving the report, the police were dispatched, and the man was arrested in the act.

Officials said, "The case has been handed over to the police, and now we will know the exact cause and outcome only after the investigation is made there," he said.
