A 42-year-old singer-songwriter was charged with illegally filming a women and was questioned by police.
According to Star News on 27th, H was recently investigated by a cyber investigation team at the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul on charges of illegal filming. H is suspected of secretly filming the bodies of many women, including sex, using hidden camera devices until early this year.
Bae Geunjo, a legal lawyer for all law firms, said in a telephone conversation with Star News on the 27th that he had received related information from several anonymous informants and filed a complaint with the police, adding that A was later questioned by police in June and admitted to the charges.
According to lawyer Bae, H reportedly complained of unfairness during the police investigation, saying that he didn't release the footage, and that he had saved the videos through the cloud, but they spread through hacking damage.
The lawyer also added that H had asked for an agreement but had no intention of reaching an agreement.
