Actor So Jisub has completed his marriage registration with Cho Eunjung, a former announcer.
A 51K official at So Jisub's agency said on Thursday, "We met So Jisub's precious relationship and ended up with a 100-year-old contract. The two, who admitted their relationship in 2019, promised to be partners for life based on trust and love for each other, and by registering their marriage on the day, they became legal couples," it said.
"They decided to donate 50 million won to Good Neighbors to support vulnerable children with tablet PCs and smart devices in order to provide some comfort and help at a time when everyone was having a hard time," the agency said, announcing that they had gathered and held a quiet meeting at their will.
Finally, the agency said, "I would like to thank everyone who loves and supports So Jisub, and please understand in broad generosity that it is difficult to disclose details regarding marriage in consideration of the non-celebrity spouse."
Previously, So Jisub and Cho Eunjung announced their romantic relationship in May last year. The two were said to have met for the first time when So appeared on SBS "A Midnight of Real Entertainment" in February last year to promote the film "I'm Going to Meet You Now.".
