"The Black Widow" will be released in North America on May 1, and "The Fast and the Ultimate" by Universal Studios will also be released in North America on May 22 as scheduled, according to the Hollywood news outlet Deadline.

"There have been rumors recently that Disney will change the release date of 'Black Widow' to Nov. 6 and postpone the release of 'Eternals' from November to next year, but this has been found to be untrue," he added.

"Black Widow" is considered Marvel Studios' anticipated work this year. It is a new film directed by Kate Shortland, who directed the films "Laur" (2012) and "Berlin Syndrome (2017). It stars Hollywood actors Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pew, and Rachel Wise.
