Singer-songwriter OVAN has topped the music charts and beat BTS and IU, shares mixed reaction.
Ovan's new digital single "How Are You," released at 6 p.m. on March 5, topped the Genie and other real-time music charts as of 7 a.m. on March 6. In addition, it has reached the top of major music charts.
On the same day, Ovan posted an image of himself capturing No. 1 on the music chart through his SNS account, saying, "Thank you for listening to me, which is nothing."
"How Are You" is an impressive song with lyrics dealing with breakups that contrast with the beat of a bright feeling, drawing attention only from pre-released lyrics. On top of this, Ovan's unique approach of parting with the Korean people has improved its perfection.
